Apollo's 110-member Quality Control staff is divided into the IQC, IPQC and QA groups. All inspectors are trained and certified according to strict company-wide quality procedures.

Procedures
and Testing
The IQC group inspects incoming materials and components. IPQC inspects items in process. Finally, the QA group performs quality control for product acceptance. This procedure ensures complete coverage of the entire manufacturing
process.
Testing and inspection instrumentation includes microscopes, profile projectors, computerized magnetic head testers, LCR meters and more. We typically test for dimensions and mechanical properties, as well as electromagnetic characteristics.
